We stand behind the quality of our courses and offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all our standard online courses. If you are not completely satisfied with a course for any reason, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Standard Online Courses

For standard online courses (pre-recorded video content with self-paced learning):

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date if you have completed less than 30% of the course.
  • If you have completed more than 30% of the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund, prorated based on the amount of content accessed.
  • After 14 days from the purchase date, refunds are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances.

3.2 Live Workshops and Events

For scheduled live workshops and events:

  • Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled start date may receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are available within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
  • If you cannot attend a live workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, or receive a credit for a future workshop.

3.3 Premium Courses and Mentorship Programs

For premium courses and personalized mentorship programs:

  • These programs have specific refund terms that are communicated before enrollment.
  • Generally, a 3-day cooling-off period applies for full refunds.
  • After the cooling-off period, refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee or may be prorated based on services already delivered.
